Is a Captain Required?
Yes — a licensed captain is required for all hourly charters.
The captain rate is $75/hour, paid directly to your captain via cash or venmo.
Gratuity is not included and is always appreciated.
What Is Your Service Area?
We are located in Northlake Tahoe and do not provide service to South Lake Tahoe.
Is a Deposit Required?
– We take 100% payment at time of booking.
– Cancellations must be made at least seven days before your scheduled reservation to receive a refund. Booking fees are non-refundable.
– We will determine if the weather is safe for boating. If the weather is unsafe, we will refund you 100% of your price.
Are Fuel and Taxes Included in the Rate?
Fuel is included in the rate.
Taxes are not included in the rate.
What Is The Best Time To Rent A Boat?
The ideal time to start a rental is between 9 and 10am. Lake Tahoe is known to get windy in the afternoon.
How Long are the Reservations?
– You may rent up to 8 hours in one full day
– We offer multi-day rentals if you have a TRPA approved buoy
What Are The Time Frames For A Half-Day, 4 Hour Rental?
– Morning Rentals will start between 9:00 and 10:30am
– Afternoon Rentals will start between 2:00 and 3:30 pm
Can You Deliver Us to Private Piers & Buoys?
We can deliver to private dock for multi day rentals and can pickup to private pier with a captain. Delivery Fee May Apply.
Can We Go to a Lakefront Restaurant By Boat?
You are allowed to use the valet service. You are not allowed to pull up to any piers.
What If The Air Quality Is Bad?
- The Sierra Nevada Mountains are prone to fire season in August and Sept .
- Air quality can change daily.
- We use IQ Air to determine daily air quality
- If the air quality in the area is over 150 the client can request a full refund
- We do not offer refunds if air quality is under 150.
- By renting during these months you are assuming the risk of having poor air quality

What is the Cancelation Policy?
- -We take 100% of the payment at the time of booking. The summer season is very short and very busy. We encourage you to make a reservation as soon as possible to ensure you get the exact date and boat you would like.
- -Cancellations must be made at least seven days before your scheduled reservation to receive a refund. Booking fees are non-refundable.
- -Customers will also receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.

USCG REGULATION FOR LAKE TAHOE Please note that any rental boat on Lake Tahoe can only carry 13 passengers max. Please do not show up with more than 12 passengers as the captain will account for the 13th spot. If other companies tell you they can take more than 13 passengers they are doing so illegally. Do not risk it, it will ruin your day.
